Managing Passwords

Update my password:

To update your password select your name in the top right corner of the screen and select Change Password from the drop-down menu.  



Reset my password:


From the login page select Recover Password, enter the email address associated with the account.  A link will be sent to the address provided with recovery instructions.  If you do not know your username or password you can contact Appruv Support for assistance by selecting Need Login Help.  

Note: if your account was set up with a User ID instead of an email address you will need to contact Appruv  Support for Assistance. 



Reset another users password:


If you need to reset the password for one of the users on your account, you can do so from the Edit User page.  Select Users from the left sidebar, then select the user.  Under the profile picture select Reset Password, then select the Send New Password to User button.  If the user has a valid email address or mobile number entered, they will receive a new temporary password to access their account.  




Note: if the user does not have an email address or mobile number entered, you can generate a new password and you will need to provide the user with this information.
